United Bank For Africa (UBA) Chatbot system popularly called Leo clocked four (in Chatbot years) on Tuesday 11th January 2022 and the bank rolled out the drums to celebrate the milestone.
The Chatbot pioneered the concept of automated banking service delivery.
The Chatbot app was initially deployed in Facebook Messenger to simplify banking for it’s customers and now according to bank, it has recorded more feats since launch.

Leo has now been expanded to 20 African countries
It has gained over 3.1 million subscribers
It has also crossed the 1million mark for monthly transactions
Lastly, the Chatbot has won 10 prestigious awards globally.
