The future of corporate work in Nigeria is that where corporate organizations have a decentralized structure for their head office, so says Bolu Ojewole a lawyer and management consultant.
Bolu expressed this thought via his Twitter handle this Monday afternoon.
Tweeting his thoughts, he said ‘’This is time for Corporate Organisations to de-centralise their operations from their Head Offices in Ikoyi, Lekki VI and Lagos Island.
The future of work in a city like Lagos should be one which large corporates can operate for 4 hubs across the state.
He continued saying, ‘’This is useful for those whose day to day functional requirements can be serviced via email, video conferencing and calls.
Incentivising these large corporates will reduce hardship.
