Pan-African bank Guaranty Trust Bank has unveiled it’s new corporate structure. The bank this Tuesday unveiled it’s parent company GTCO Plc, it’s holding company across it’s banking businesses and other non-banking businesses across Africa
The company also officially listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
The bank holds the record as the first Nigerian bank to list on the London Stock Exchange. It was also the first to be listed on an international exchange and the first Nigerian company to raise international capital using listed Global Depositary Receipts.
